First reminder sent
A friendly, branded email notifies your customer that their card is expiring soon, with a one-click link to update their payment method.
Follow-up reminder
If the customer hasn't updated their card, a second reminder is sent with a sense of urgency — "Your subscription may be interrupted."
Card expires
If still not updated, the payment fails — but our smart retry + dunning system kicks in immediately to recover the charge.
