Card expiry notifications are not available

This page used to describe an automated reminder sent before a customer’s card expires. That feature was never built, and PaymentRescue does not read card expiry dates today. We have removed the description rather than leave it selling something you cannot use.

What PaymentRescue actually does

• Watches your Stripe account for failed payments through a secure OAuth connection.
• Sends a three-step recovery sequence on days 0, 3 and 7, each step at most once per invoice.
• Links every email to a hosted card-update page, so the customer can fix the payment method in one click.
• Shows what was recovered, and what was not, in the dashboard.

That sequence recovers payments after a card has already failed — including when the failure is an expired card. What it does not do is warn you before the expiry happens.
