In compliance with the EU AI Act and our commitment to transparency, this page explains how PaymentRescue uses artificial intelligence in its products and services.
PaymentRescue uses rule-based retry logic and scheduling algorithms to recover failed payments. Our dunning sequences follow pre-configured timing patterns and email templates. These systems are deterministic and do not rely on machine learning models.
We do not use AI to make automated decisions about our users, their accounts, or their access to services.
PaymentRescue does not employ AI-based automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on users. Payment retry scheduling is based on configurable rules, not AI predictions.
Payment event data received via Stripe webhooks is processed solely for the purpose of recovering failed payments. We do not use payment data to train AI models. All payment data remains within Stripe; we only process webhook event metadata.
