Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChurnGuard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChurnGuard is a SaaS platform that helps businesses recover revenue from failed subscription payments. The Service integrates with your Stripe account to detect failed payments, retry charges, and send recovery emails to your customers.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Stripe Connect Authorization

By connecting your Stripe account, you authorize ChurnGuard to access your payment data, customer information (limited to names and email addresses), and invoice events as necessary to provide the recovery service. You can revoke this access at any time from your Stripe Dashboard.

5. Billing and Payments

  • Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Send spam or unsolicited emails through the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service.
  • Exceed the MRR limits of your subscription plan.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties.

7. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for revenue that is not recovered or for any damages arising from service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChurnGuard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
